Mavalá is tucked away in an old warehouse on a small back street in downtown Faro. The front door is always open, inviting guests into our family’s dining room.
We believe in cuisine with an identity; one which knows its origins and has the courage to step-up every time it is made.
Italian cuisine is not a collection of recipes, but a living culture, ready to change and transform without losing its memory or tradition.
